Job description
Translate official documents, letters, reports, and correspondence from Hindi to English and vice versa. Prepare Hindi reports and conduct Hindi language audits as per applicable official language rules. Assist in the implementation of the Official Languages Act, 1963, and related rules in Government offices. Ensure the proper use of Hindi in official correspondence and administrative activities. Undertake Hindi typing, computer-based documentation, and maintenance of official language records. Monitor compliance with official language policies and prepare reports on Hindi implementation. Assist in organizing Hindi workshops, meetings, and official language activities. Perform other translation and official language-related duties as assigned by the competent authority.

Required skills
- Knowledge of the Official Languages Act, Official Language Rules, and Hindi implementation.
