Job description

Walk-in interview is going to be held on 07.09.2026 for filling up the vacant post of Electrician at Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ghaziabad, through an outsourcing manpower providing agency. Date of interview: 07.09.2026. Reporting time: 09.00 – 10.00 AM. Place of interview: Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad. Period of engagement: The tenure of contract will be for a period of one year. In case the work and conduct of the staff is not found satisfactory during the contract tenure, the services may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain electrical systems.
Check and repair electrical wiring, switches, lights and sockets.
Identify and fix electrical faults.
Perform regular maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure electrical safety at the workplace.
Maintain electrical tools and equipment.
Attend electrical complaints and resolve issues.
Follow safety rules and instructions.

Required skills

Electrical wiring, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, workplace electrical safety.
